Somatic practices short enough that you'll actually do them

Classes

Most under 15 minutes. Built for your real life, not a retreat you'll never book.

Calm is not the goal

When your nervous system thinks it's being chased by a tiger, sitting still in silence doesn't help. It needs to move. To express. To discharge.
Slow, gradual practices for coming out of collapse. Music-driven release for when something needs to move through you. Subtle energetic work for the days you're already grounded.
The library meets you where you actually are. The whole range — because you are not the same person every day.

How It Works

What actually happens
You're in your own space, comfortable clothes, room to move a little. I guide you by voice. You might be lying down tracking sensation, standing and moving to music, or sitting with a hand on your chest.

You can't do it wrong
That's not reassurance, it's the method. We follow your system's pace, not a choreography. You can stop whenever you want.

Led by Susana

I'm Susana Victoria Perez, a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, trained under Dr. Peter Levine, and the founder of embodyment by Susana. My work blends trauma-based somatics with ritual, energy work, and intuitive guidance.
Every practice in this library comes from my own rituals. I've lived the descents and the ascents, over and over, and I teach from that place — from lived experience, not theory.
This is the how — the part nobody explains when they tell you to drop into your body, get grounded, get out of your head. This is spirituality embodied. Ritual, not discipline.
This work is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and I am not a licensed mental health provider.
